(Doc ID 2394524.1)
Last updated on MARCH 28, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Order and Service Management - Version 7.3.5.0.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Data compensation is not working properly for the first Task in the Order in Undo Then Do compensation strategy. After undo, the task data should revert the changes done during do mode in the task.
For example, if an element's value changed from 'a' to 'b' in do mode execution. Then, after the undo of the task in the revision order, the value should be reverted to 'a'. The functionality works fine for other tasks and the issue is being observed for the first task in the order.
