Symptoms

On : 3.2.1 version, Dashboards and Reports issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is unable to see coded observation results in Cohort Explorer List Screen.

Currently, customer only sees numeric observation results but do not see coded results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected behavior is that the query in the UI has to be fixed to retrieve coded observation results in Cohort List UI in addition to numeric results.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Login to Cohort Explorer.
  2. Select Cohort Viewer -> Cohort List and create a Cohort List,
  3. Under "Data" section > select "Test or Observation".
  4. In the results table the "Relevent Data" column is blank for records which do not have a numeric result and only have a coded result code.
