PRICEEVENTEXECUTIONBATCH Updating RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE Multiple Time For Same Item. (Doc ID 2394624.1)

Symptoms

 You have observed a performance issue while running PriceEventExecutionBatch in Retail Price Management (RPM) the batch appears to be causing high volume updates on RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE table

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Create multilple price changes ( we already had ~24k Price Changes)
   2. Price Changes are in Approved Status
   3. Execute priceEventExecutionBatch - It would pick all the Approved Price
 

Changes

 Changes ( Effective Date <=Vdate+1) and start updating RIZP table multiple times for the same item times for the same item
