When Cascading Reconcile kicks off for a parent it updates the Design of the Children assigned under it. If by chance the Customer is different on the DS3 then the DS1(for example), it will update the DS1 Customer to Parent DS3 Customer. If you look at older Issues prior to Reconcile Issue created, it will be the correct Customer.
