Deleting a Large Batch Freezes the System and Does Not Delete the Batch (Doc ID 2394977.1)

Symptoms

On : Insbridge 5.0.1 version, RateManager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to delete a batch using the delete button, it typically freezes for some time and then comes back but it doesn’t delete the batch.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Batch should be deleted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into RM
2. Delete a batch with 2000 records.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete a large batch.
