Control Central Main Tab Missing Global Context Value

Symptoms
In Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) 2.3.1 version, customer can search an Account from the Control Central Main tab, select to view the premise, then select the Main tab again which will display all the premises with the Account which was just searched.
When performing the same test in 2.6 and higher version, when select the Main tab to return to previous Account search, with the default control central screen, previous results was cleared.
Search does not appear to be saved as it was in 2.3 version.
Reproduce steps:
1. On Control Central, search any account information in Main Tab, then select any one of the account results, go to Account Tab to check account detail.
2. Click Main tab to go back to Control Central Main page.
3. In V2.3 version of CCB, the previous search result list is still shown.
In V2.6 and higher version of CCB, Main tab information is clear.
