Condition Summary Does Not Refresh on Subsequent Open (Doc ID 2395655.1)

Symptoms

Condition Summaries is refreshed the 1st time it is opened but not on the subsequent opening of the Condition Summaries.

Expect the Condition Summaries to refresh every time it is opened, not just the 1st time it is opened.

STEPS
1. Login to web workspace, subscribe and open Condition Summaries
2. Place a tag on a device
3. Close the Condition Summaries, wait several minutes
3. Open the Condition Summaries
-- observe the newly placed tag is not in the Condition Summaries
