RMS Publishes POCre Message with Status 'W' Even When the RIB Is Up and Running (Doc ID 2396218.1)

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.

This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.


Actual Behavior
Find that you would receive the POCre message with status = 'W' even when the Retail Integration Bus (RIB) is up and running.

Expected Behavior
Based on the documentation, you should not receive any POCre with this status unless RIB is down (Doc ID 1488052.1).

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to RMS application create new Purchase Order (PO).
2. Submit it
3. Then approve it.
4. Do not commit it (do not click OK button).
4. Bring it back to worksheet status and click OK.
