Scheduled Reports Are Not Getting Triggered To Run Through Daily Job (Doc ID 2396327.1)

Symptoms

Scheduled Reports are not being received, although they have been properly scheduled, and email recipients have been assigned.


STEPS to Verify

  1. Go to Reports ->Standard Reports ->Global Reports -> Listing Reports->Proposal Listing
  2. Click on Proposal Listing ->Click on Schedule and Email tab.
  3. Click on Edit->Select Report Run Type Scheduled
  4. Select Send email as yes and add attachment as Yes
  5. Add email Address and save
  6. Issue occurs
NOTE: This is issue pertains only to non-Oracle Cloud Customers.
