Service Status Dialog Is Not Showing the Icon Buttons in Internet Explorer

View Service Status: icons are blank when using the Internet Explorer (IE) browser
The icons in the View Service Status dialog are blank. However, tool tip pops up if one were to hover on it. This behavior is noted only with IE (even after clearing the cache) and works as designed in Firefox.
Icons should appear as designed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Access P6 Web
- Navigate to View Service Status
- All the buttons are blank instead of showing as designed
- The buttons are active
