Use SDK to Create Session Gets SSL handshake_failure error (Doc ID 2396537.1)

When attempting to create Agile session,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a standalone SDK program to create Agile session, to connect to SSL protected Load Balancer URL
2. Error occurs when run the program


1. Use OPENSSL to verify Load Balancer required cipther suite:

   openssl s_client -connect

Find it requires AES256-GCM-SHA384

2. Take tcp packages from SDK client, find SSL "ClientHello" request does not contain above cipher in cipher list.
