Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.19.0 version, GSM Manager / Telco Framework
When the same product is purchased twice, it will have provisioning tag twice in table service_telco_features_t.
And when one of the product/deal is cancelled again then with the product cancelled, it removes the tag preset for active product.
Expected behaviour:
It should only delete the tag for the product which is cancelled.
