User Segments Defined in BCC are Not Visible in Experience Manager after Configuring 'profileGroupsConnectionUrl'

Symptoms

User Segments are not loading from BCC to Experience Manager.

Per the following document

   After Configuring "User Segment Sharing" in 11.2 Oracle Commerce, User Segments Defined in BCC Are Not Visible in Experience Manager (Doc ID 2137292.1)

/apps/endeca/Apps/MBen/config/import/configuration/tools/xmgr/_.json file was edited to include the correct URL for profileGroupsConnectionUrl and but when running <app>/control/set_editors_config.sh after this change, the below error occurred.
