ASAP evaluating ASDLs Incorrectly and executing an unexpected ASDL (Doc ID 2397050.1)

Symptoms

On ASAP 7.3.0.0 (GA release) on Oracle Linux 7:


To execute one service in ASAP, there are defined expressions for some of the ASDL's.
The Expression is correct, but ASAP is evaluating the ASDL incorrectly and executing unexpected ASDL's.

So, the correct ASDLs are not getting spawned.
