Goal
Downloaded and installed the Retail Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Enabler Tool for RIB Version 13.1.x as per the <Note 2371090.1>.
Created PL/SQL Provider Web Service as per guide provided in Service-Oriented Architecture Enabler Tool Guide.
Deployment artifacts come in the form of
1.<service_name>.ear file
2. PL SQL Packages to implement
3. Oracle Objects
Items 2,3 are deployed in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

Point 9 Says that Deploy the <service_name>.ear file to the Oracle WebLogic Server.
Can you deploy this EAR on any other enterprise servers other than WebLogic? Any options to deploy the Web-Services generated by Retail SOA Enabler (RSE).
Can you deploy it on Oracle Application Server (OAS) (OC4J), Will it provide clustering, security, JNDI data source features?
If Yes, what are the other Oracle certified servers where the Web services can be deployed and supported?
