Search Query in Billing Care is Returning Duplicate Records

On : version, Billing Care

Billing Care search query is returning duplicate records due to which  number of unique records displayed is less than the pagination limit (or the range) specified.

1. Login to Billing Care.
2. Search with Firstname or Lastname or Wild Characters.
3. Search records displayed is less than pagination limit. For example, if pagination limit was set to 20. Only 15 unique accounts are being displayed while the other 5 are duplicates.
4. Open CM pinlog and observe that duplicate records are returned in the pcm_op_search result.
