When you change the value of commit_max_ctr in the RESTART_CONTROL table to more than 1, the Upload Stock Count (STKUPLD) process displays the error ORA-01480 error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In the RESTART_CONTROL table change the value of the commit_max_ctr field to 1000 for the program_name 'stkupld'.
2. Run the STKUPLD process.
3. Notice the error "insert_update_stkqty ~ stake_qty ~ -1480 ~ ORA-01480: trailing null missing from STR bind value ~ UPDATE: pa_sq_upd structure of arrays"
