Web Client Page Two attribute us not displayed on Change Orders

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Logon to Java Client as Admin user
  2. Click on Admin Tab | Data Settings | Classes | Click on Changes
  3. Change Orders > User Interface Tabs > Page Two
  4. Click on General Information Tab | Set Visible to Yes and enter all required values
