Bundle Export Does Not Display MO's When Using IE11 (Doc ID 2397886.1)

Symptoms

When a user tries to create a Bundle Export, the map is not rendered properly or rendered blank.
This issue is seen in Windows 10 based IE 11 environments only and works fine in all other browsers and platforms. The steps to recreate are as follows:

Create a new Bundle Export using Admin Menu > B > Bundle Export

Expected Result: The UI map is displayed properly with all the relevant fields populated accordingly.
Actual Result: The UI map is not rendered properly or shows a blank page
