Unable to Re-Start Nodes in OCOMC

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, NM Core
Created a CC( collection Cartridge) node, for the first time it is starting fine but when customer try see logs or attempt second time restart, its throwing "java null exception"error.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install OCOMC 6.0
2. Install OCOMC Core 126.96.36.199 patch with ECEDC ocece_r6_0_0_4_0.jar
3. Create CC or ECEDC node
4. Start CC node
5. Stop CC node
6. Start CC node via Admin client throwing the above java exception
