When Tried Updating Region Other Region Opened In RMS

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When user tries to update a Region in RMS, instead of opening the regions for Area selected, the filter is set for another area.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Foundation-Location-Org hierarchy
- Click on chain-Area detail button
- Click on Region details button under Area
- Select region and click on edit button.
