Seeing Junk Characters in fields in NMS when using WE8MSWIN1252 character set.

Event details, the weather field when weather choices that have special characters are saved (such as Temp (-0º) or Fractions (¼ in.)) the data is saved with additional non-printable characters. Another situation is when customers have non-printable characters in their name or information. Additional non-printable characters are replacing the original non-printable characters in the database.

For example with the degree symbol which in Unicode is 00B0 is converting to its UTF8 hex (C2 B0) which displays as ° which is the Unicode of 00C2 and 00B0. So it is at first already in or is changed to UTF-8 and then it is read as C2 and B0.

Special characters should be saved as expected.
