Discrepancy Review List Link Does Not Appear Although All Discrepancy Privileges Are Assigned (Doc ID 2398667.1)

Discrepancy Review List link under Invoice Match does not appear although all Discrepancy privileges are assigned to the user.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create a new User.
2. Create a group for the same.
3. Assign the following priv without duty

> cost_disc_priv
> Qty_disc_priv
> search_disc_list_priv
> search_doc_list_priv
> search_tax_disc_priv
> tax_disc_resolution_priv

4. Log in using the new user and 'Discrepancy Review List' screen not shown to that user.
