URL Changes Upon Save and Replaces %20 With Space - Links Not Working in Alerts Email (Doc ID 2399332.1)

On : version, Setup Module

While creating new alerts in the OPPM 16.1.3 environments and updating OPPM form and scorecard URLS to the message body the page address(Collaborate-->Obtain Page Address) on any form or Scorecard name containing space is replaced by (standard URL encoding practice).

When the URL address is pasted in the message body of the Alert and save, the " " is being replaced by space in the URL.

This is causing an issue as when the message recipients receive the mail, the URL is in a broken hyperlink format(as space has replaced the ) and hence the OPPM URL is inaccessible directly from the mail.


The URL: https://<OPPM URL>/ProSight/Portfolios/View.htm?window=form&itemID=1234567&formName=Form%20Name%20With%20Spaces&tabName=Form%20Name%20With%20Spaces

 is being replaced by

The URL: https://<OPPM URL>/ProSight/Portfolios/View.htm?window=form&itemID=1234567&formName=Form Name With Spaces&tabName=Form Name With Spaces  on save.

There URL syntax should remain consistent after save

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OPPM
2. Create an Alert containing a hyperlink
3. Upon save, the link trims the and replaces it with space
4.As a result the link in the alert email is broken and not working
