ODEE Request Getting Timed Out in Case of Failure in One Transaction Contained in Job (Doc ID 2399457.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 25, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Documaker - Version 12.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

ODEE requests  get timed out in case of failure in one out of three turns.  The behavior is that the job is getting timed out if any one of the transactions inside the job is errored.
For example:- Job 263 has spawned three transactions – 285, 286 and 287 out of which 287 got errored out (241). This results in the webservice request timing out because it does not get any receiver response.

RCV0400400012 found in DocumakerDasboard for failed job

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send a webservice request to Docfactory.
2. One transaction inside the job is fails.
3. The corresponding job fails with RCV0400400012 error and webservice times out.
