Siebel Integration To Oracle Real-Time Scheduler Exception Hours (POU) Deletion / Cancellation (Doc ID 2399498.1)

Goal

The POU process has moved from ORS to Siebel in the integration upgrade to ORS v2.
Exception Hours creation in Siebel creates a POU in ORS, but Exception hours delete OR Cancellation doesn't trigger any update of that POU in ORS v2.  Is this expected functionality?
