Advanced Search is not Functioning

Symptoms

On : 11.0.2.0 version, Policy information

Actual Behavior
----------------------
The Advance Search functionality is not working. This impacts not only the advance search screen but other areas that call this functionality, such as the find client on client relationships.
Users can search by policy number using the Quick Search.



Expected Behavior
---------------------------
Advanced Search should return all clients/policies within the search criteria



Steps to Reproduce
--------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Client Search
1. Use the Quick Search to find a Non-Individual Type Client
2. Select Advance Search, select Type (based upon quick search results), search on last name Policy Search

 

--------------------
1. Use Quick Search by policy number
2. Use Advanced Search by status (based upon quick search results) - no results are returned
