Prepayment FE 180 Missing When Prepayment Defined at Node Level with User Defined Prepayment Tenors (Doc ID 2399675.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 8.0.5, when running an ALM Process that includes a Prepayment rule, the Prepayment Financial Element (FE) 180 (Prepayment Runoff) is not output to the RES_DTL_xxxxx table or FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS.  FE 180 is missing.

In the Prepayment Rule, the definition is set at a node level and the option "User Defined Prepayment Tenors" is selected.

Additionally, in the ALM Process definition, in Calculation Elements, "Prepayment Runoff" is selected.
