Purpose
The purpose of this document is to outline techniques that can be used to secure OSM data in transit and at rest.
For other security considerations, customers should refer to OSM product documentation.
Scope
This document is targeted to system and database administrators who must work together to secure the OSM application as well as the underlying middleware and database components used by OSM.
