'Table' Drop Down Blank & Save Button Fails for Migrated Data Quality (DQ) Rules (Doc ID 2400177.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications, after migrating Data Quality (DQ) Rules from 7.3.5.3 to 8.0.2 version, the DQ Rule definition screen does not list anything under the "Table" drop down list.  Additionally, if you update any field and try to Save, nothing happens.

 

As a result of this issue, you cannot update the migrated DQ Rules.
