Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP)

In Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP), when you run a Complete Calculate, the values for New Add Net Rate (F360) are not getting populated in Essbase and are not displayed in the forms (ex. Financial Plan).  The cells are blank for the New Add Net Rate row.  Values are populated in F340 New Add Balance and in F370 New Add Transfer Rate.

Data does exist in the RES_DTL_200235 for Financial Element Id = 360.  Data also exists in VW_RES_DTL_NEW_BUSS_200235 for N360.  You expect these values to get loaded into Essbase and get displayed in the Financial Plan Default form.
