Symptoms

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, CI - Customer Information

Error on click of SA Activate button on Service Agreement page

User getting an Error on click of SA Activate button on Service Agreement page. After doing some R&D, User found that system is inserting duplicate records on SA Start/Stop – Address/Phones Tab. User not sure but may be this error is due to these duplicate records. 

Error:

SQL Error code 999999994 occurred in module CIPCOMAN:XQ080 SELECT
Please contact your system administrator.
