Data Model Upload Fails With 'Error While Executing the Scripts' But No Specific Error Listed (Doc ID 2400758.1)

Symptoms

When doing a new install of the Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) Pack 8.0.5, the install fails during the model upload step without providing a specific error.  The errors below exist in various logs:

Pack_Install.log in /OFS_PFT_PACK/logs:
