Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User does not receive Task Notifications using the Android mobile app, while it works fine in iOS mobile app.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to receive Task Notifications using either Android or iOS mobile app

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier with admin permissions
  2. Configure the workflow BP with notification
  3. Deploy the workflow BP
  4. Create record
  5. Login Android mobile app, no notification is received
  6. Login iOS mobile app. notification is received


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive Task Notifications using the Android mobile app.
