Is It Possible to Receive Task Notifications in the Unifier Android App? (Doc ID 2400999.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.



Users do not receive Task Notifications in the Unifier Mobile Android app, while they are received in the iOS app.


User should be able to receive Task Notifications using either Android or iOS app.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier as a user with admin privileges.
  2. Configure the workflow BP with notification.
  3. Deploy the workflow BP.
  4. Create a record.
  5. Login to the Unifier Mobile Android app, no notification is received.
  6. Login to Unifier Mobile iOS app. notification is received.
