Performance Issue in Transfer Screen

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are facing performance issue while creating transfers. When trying to add more than 4 items to a transfer, it is taking much time to load and gets added.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Log into RMS application.
2. Make sure there are many users, try to create a transfer.
3. While adding items to the transfer performance degrades from 5th item.
