Database Creation by CDXDB.exe Is Working For MWM 2.2.0 But Not For 2.2.0.3 Due To “ __CHARSET__” Variable

Goal
Database Creation by CDXDB.exe Is Working For MWM 2.2.0 But Not For 2.2.0.3
Database has to be created by CDXDB.exe when you choose option C to create/replace the local database. This runs fine for MWM version 2.2.0 database bundle but not for 2.2.0.3. It should be created by CDXDB as per the oracle document.
This is tested for both MWM version 2.2.0.0 and 2.2.0.3. CDXDB is not creating control files while creating the database and due to this database is not open and all the create scripts are failing. User is following the same procedure as version 2.2.0.0 that is working fine and creating the MWM database without any issues. So it makes us clear that bundle is having the issue.
User did some workaround like copied only the database creation scripts or whole folder of MWM-V2.2.0.3.0-database\Database\FW\FW42020\DatabaseCreation\Windows replaced by MWM-V2.2.0-database\Database\FW\FW42020\DatabaseCreation\Windows.
So used the script from version 2.2.0 to create the database and it was successful after that we imported demo file from version 2.2.0.3. As the Both DBA guide says to install the same version of database we did this workaround.
