LSH: No Data When Opening SAS Datasets In SASIDE (Doc ID 2401511.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.4.6 version, Definition Component

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to see data in the SAS IDE.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to see the data using SAS IDE like the other studies in their system.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to program instance (Study 15834)
2. Open program instance by clicking the "Launch"
3. Screen appears:
  Do you want to open or save this file?
  Name: tmpCDRIDE.CDZ
  Type: cdzfile
  From: by-lshnp.de.bayer.cnb
4. Click Open
  SAS ide opens and asks for Password
  Program is opened in SASIDE editor.
5. Enter and run“option nofmterr;“ in SASIDE editor to avoid format errors when opening the datasets.
6. Navigate to (double click on) “libraries”, then to “Source” and see all the source datasets.
7. Open any of the source and get the following:
  X NOTE: Data set has 0 observations.

NOTE: THey are able to see the data in LSH.

  
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
The development of the required sas programs is more difficult when saside is unusable. Hence Project timelines for the study Project are at risk.
