Base Account Bill/Payment History & Control Central Page Freezes Up In IE11

Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.2.0 version, BI - Billing

The Account Bill/Payment History page loads up but none of the Payment/Bill links take the users to the corresponding payment/bill pages.
This has been observed in IE11.
