Notifications Not Getting Processed In SIM (Doc ID 2401743.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM), Email Notifications Not getting processed.

All the required permissions are given to role, Mail Server is also setup. However SIM Polling Timers are not picking the messages for processing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Perform any action in order to trigger an email notification;
2.Check stage message table and noticed that message are not failing with error but are not also processed.
