Contracts OOTB Configuration : Revised Contract Amount & Actual to Date Not Being Automatically Updated in the Business Process Log

On Unifier : Utilizing the 'Contracts' and 'Change Orders' Business Process (BP) designs in the 17.12 out of the box configuration:
Expected Result: The values of the 'Revised Contract Amount' & 'Actual to Date' in the Contracts BP Log should be automatically updated when it is impacted by a Change Orders record.
Actual Result: In the Contracts BP record, "Revised Contract Amount" can be seen already updated by a Change Orders record, but in the BP LOG, "Revised Contract Amount" equals to Base Amount, so the Change Orders amount is not reflected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Create a Contracts, submit and approve it
- Create a Change Orders against just created Contracts, submit and approve it
- Go to the Log of Contracts, check the value of Revised Contract Amount & Actual to Date, wrongs value
- Open the record by double clicking, check the value of Revised Contract Amount & Actual to Date, it has the correct value
Because of this the user perceives the values as being incorrect.
