Symptoms

On : 1.12.0.3 version, Java Application Server

After starting the NMS managed server, this error appears in the managed server log file:

ERROR StatusLogger Error parsing /opt/weblogic/user_projects/domains/nms/config/nms-log4j.xml
 javax.xml.parsers.ParserConfigurationException
  at oracle.xml.jaxp.JXDocumentBuilderFactory.setFeature(JXDocumentBuilderFactory.java:376)
