No Read Taken Slider Shown Even If Task Type Is Configured Not To Require Reads In v2.3.0.2 (Doc ID 2402458.1)

Symptoms

The ‘No Read Taken’ slider is displayed on the hybrid completion screen regardless of the Task Type configuration for ‘Read required’. Only meter read related activities have the option for this field to be set, other activity types do not have this field.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The ‘No Read Taken’ slider is always displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The ‘No Read Taken’ slider should be hidden when the task type is not configured to require reads.
