Billing Care: First Column In Adjustment Allocation And Payment Allocation Are Different (Doc ID 2402530.1)

In billing care, the first column is 'Name' in detailed allocate adjustment screen, whereas it is 'Account' in detailed allocate payment.
Ideally both should display 'Account'.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Try allocate adjustment or payment to an existing account, check and see the difference.
