Wrong Date is Displayed During Product and Discount Purchase in Billing Care (Doc ID 2402551.1)

The date should be same as Purchase start date, 15 Mar 2018

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create an account in Billing Care
2) Open the account and click "Purchase"
3) Select "Add to a Service"
4) Select a deal & configure
5) Select "Calendar day" for "Activate the purchase" and select date as 15th Mar 2018
6) Select "When purchase activation begins" for "Start recurring fees"
