Custom STEM Term Does not Override Standard Lexical Decompounding (Doc ID 2402763.1)

Symptoms

When decompounding of words by the OOTB OLT dictionary are found incorrect, customer can define a custom stem(using STEM command) in auxiliary dictionary to override the standard definition of OLT dictionary. But in some cases such defining a custom stem did not override the standard lexical compound.

eg:- A word TERM1 is decompound as TERM2#TERM3 which is incorrect/unexpected 

Defining a custom stem as below in the auxiliary dictionary should avoid decompounding of TERM1, but in some cases this definition is not able to avoid such decompounding.
