After Posting a Second Comment on Reversal Payment Page, First Comment Is Not Visible and Dates Are Showing Incorrectly (Doc ID 2402854.1)

Date in payment reversal page after posting a comment is not displayed correctly and first comment is not visible.

Date in payment reversal page after posting a comment should display correctly without refreshing the page and also all the comments should be visible

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post a suspense payment
2. Allocate the suspended amount to customer account.
3. Now open a customer account. Open a payment transaction from the news feed. Under Payment section Post a comment in payment details page of customer .
4. Post one more comment under payment details section
4. Now Reverse the payment
5. Post comment in payment reversal details section

6. Post one more comment in payment reversal details section
7. Now first comment which we made in reversal section is not visible and only second comment is visible and also with different date (1/jan/1970)

8. After closing and opening the page, all the comments are visible in reversal section and dates also showing correctly

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see all their comments when posting multiple times
