acsProfile Add/Delete Operations On Prefix Trees Goes Into An Infinite Loop (Doc ID 2402865.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC-3C) 6.0.1 version, when running acsProfile utility on Service Management System (SMS) node in order to update existing prefix tree tag in the global profile, process is going into an infinite loop spinning 100% CPU.

The same behavior when trying to delete an existing ordered prefix tree tag.

Commands run for above two actions are:

1. attempt to add prefix "99999" leaf value 0 to a standard prefix tree tag 0x00000c:
