CCB and Above DEMO Application Online Bill Display With DOC1 (Doc ID 2403170.1)

The customer has installed CCB DEMO and their online bill display does not work with DOC1. The UI displays error message "Please contact your Administrator" and the DOC1 generate log file shows the following:

GEN0242I The automatic code page is detected as 1252 (Windows 1252).
GEN0224W Unknown data in Publication 1 Record \C1-BillPrintRecord\billPrint\premise\premList\serviceAgreement\saList\billSegment\bsegList\sortKey\nonPremSaSeq.
GEN0046A Aborting run due to bad input data

When researching a plausible cause the customer found that the example data files included with DOC1 generate are all flat files meanwhile the CCB output is XML.
