ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There are differences between version P6 7 and 17.7 for remaining total cost, estimate at completion, BCWS, BCWP, budgeted total cost when a schedule is exported to an XER file. For instance, in the XER for version 7 there are two decimal places while in version 17 there are 4 decimal places.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expects there to be 2 decimal places instead of 4. Would like to know what fields have been affected so the users are aware of the differences in decimal places.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. 1. Open an XER document.
  2. View the costs fields and compare P6 version 7 with version 17.
  3. Notice version 17 has four decimal places instead of 2 (which are shown in version 7)
