ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There are differences between version P6 7 and 17.7 for remaining total cost, estimate at completion, BCWS, BCWP, budgeted total cost when a schedule is exported to an XER file. For instance, in the XER for version 7 there are two decimal places while in version 17 there are 4 decimal places.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expects there to be 2 decimal places instead of 4. Would like to know what fields have been affected so the users are aware of the differences in decimal places.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- 1. Open an XER document.
