Symptoms

When attempting to run Rebalance_Portfolio batch, found the batch did not update FSI_M_TP_REPLICATING_PORTFOLIO.

Expected Behavior:
Expect defined behavior patterns are rebalanced after running the batch thus core and volatile amount should not be the same.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Operations -> Batch Execution -> Submit the batch with multiple tasks for various pattern.
2. Check results from individual query:

Example:
select sum(ORG_BOOK_BAL) from FSI_M_TP_REPLICATING_PORTFOLIO where PATTERN_CD=70003 and CORE_NUMBER=0;
select sum(ORG_BOOK_BAL) from FSI_M_TP_REPLICATING_PORTFOLIO where PATTERN_CD=70003 and CORE_NUMBER=1;

There is no result for PATTERN_CD=70003.
